Youth trip to clear creek

After spending 3 Saturdays doing street ministry, We took our youth to clear creek for a swim! We had so much fun!!

1st Anual Ladies Meeting

We had our first ladies meeting! It was so much fun! Lots of food and fellowship!

Street Ministry!

Our youth have been going out into the streets knocking on doors. talking to and praying with people! We are so very proud of all of our young people who have given up their Saturdays to minister to these people!

REVIVAL!!

Just wanted to invite everyone to the Parrish Church of God of Prophecy we will be in revival Fri. Through Sunday! Dustin Atkins from the Hackleburg Church of God of Prophecy will be our guest speaker. Fri night will start at 7:00 Sat. will be 6:00 and Devil Killa will be there, Sun at 11:00 and sunday night at 5:00!! Come worship with us!

Faye Day

This Sunday morning we had "Faye Day" We honored our oldest and most faithful member! Her brother Steve Puckett came and preached and her whole family came out to honor her! We had 118 people in attendance and many people in the alter, seeking Christ Praise God!! We served dinner and had lots of fellowship! It was so much fun!

INVASION 2010!!

The invasion was so amazing!! We are so excited! Through out the week we had young people from all over the state of Alabama come to Parrish COGOP to work and witness! The first 3 days they did a “building project” Wow it was amazing to see how hard these young people worked! They painted our building inside and out! They built stairs for our fire escape, They moved our sound system from the front of the church to the back to the sound booth and installed a power point projector! Wow it was amazing!! They worked so hard! The last 3 days they did “Street ministry” They took our young people out with them and mentored them on how to witness, and gave them the chance to witness! Wow it was amazing! These Young people were out walking the streets from dawn till dusk witnessing!! It was amazing! We had 72 people saved through out the course of 1 week! And we are reaping from the benefits! Praise God!
Saturday we had a carnival and Devil Killa was there! It was amazing! We had a blast and got to share Jesus to all these kids and adults!! We are so thankful for all that was done that week and we are excited about what God is doing at Parrish we are moving forward and we are growing! We are a “True North Church”

Sorry guys, know it's been a while since I've posted.. But things at the church have been busy.... But now the church website is back up and running!! I'm so excited about all God is doing at Parrish COGOP!! :)
